EUPHA survey on Public Health Genomics
Dear colleague,
Thank you for accepting to take part in the pilot phase of this EUPHA survey aimed at assessing European public health professionals’ knowledge and attitudes regarding the practical application of Public Health Genomics (PHG).
The survey is completely anonymous and it should not take more than 15 minutes to complete it. t is composed of 5 sections:
A. Personal details
B. Professional activity
C. Knowledge on genetic testing and the delivery of genetic services
D. Attitudes on genetic testing and the delivery of genetic services
E. Attitudes regarding the roles of public health professionals in PHG
