Neonatal Resuscitation Training carried out in PHCR

Neonatal Resuscitation Trainings for antenatal care specialists (pediatricians and neonatologist) have been carried out at the Public Health and Reforms Centre (PHRC) of the Ministry of Health, October 13-14, 2016. The trainings were facilitated by the high level specialists from Scientific-Research Pediatrics Institute named after K. Farajova and led by Nahida Mahmudova, a doctor–methodologist form PHCR Training Center. During the trainings participants reviewed the modern newborn intensive care methods widely applied in the country in recent years; discussed the team work issues in emergency situations as well as issues related to case registration and reporting regulations on intensive care cases. The training consisted of two parts and the practical part of it was carried out in PHRC's Training Center provided with special equipment and training mannequins.
