In the PHRC, a training was conducted to improve the effectiveness of methods of treatment and diagnosis of patients with chronic hepatitis B

On October 6, 2016, a training course was organized at the Public Health and Reform Center of the Ministry of Health for medical specialists (infectious disease experts and GPs). At the training, aimed at sharing effective methods of treatment and diagnosis of chronic patients with the hepatitis B virus, urban and rural primary health care specialists participated.

Deputy Director of the National Scientific Research Institute of Medical Prophylaxis named after V. Akhundov Hagiget Gedirova informed the participants about the above-mentioned methodical document and noted that it will help in the treatment and diagnosis of chronic patients with the hepatitis B virus. For more information on the preparation described in the recommendation (recombinant alpha interferon), the chairman of the Commission for the Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of Viral Hepatitis B and C Murad Mammadov, and a member of the Commission Aibeniz Dadashova presented.
