Azerbaijani national leader Heydar Aliyev commemorated in PHRC

On December 12, 2018, a ceremony of commemoration of national leader, prominent statesman and politician Heydar Aliyev was held at Public Health and Reforms Center (PHRC) of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Director of PHRC Gahraman Hagverdiyev emphasized that, history of developing of various sectors, including our health care is connected with great leader Heydar Aliyev’s name. “He paid special attention to the health of Azerbaijani people. That’s why, much was done to strengthen material and technical basis of our health under his leadership: some medical institutions were repaired and reconstructed, many healthcare facilities were rebuilt,” he said.

The chairman of “Yeni Azerbaijan Party” in PHRC Yegana Valiyeva shared her memories of national leader Heydar Aliyev and stressed that, historical activity of Heydar Aliyev as statesman and leader is a great school for generations.

The head of Health Communication and Public Relations Department of PHRC Laura Guliyeva talked about Heydar Aliyev`s exceptional merits to the development of a feeling of national unity and attention and care provided by him to the education field. “National leader Heydar Aliyev paid special attention to solutions of Azerbaijani women’s problems, increasing of their role in political, social, economic and cultural life of the country. There is no already any field that women are not represented in. This was the part of Heydar Aliyev’s policy,” she said.

The event dedicated to the blessed memory of the great son of Azerbaijani people, a prominent statesman and politician Heydar Aliyev, concluded with screening of documentary about the life and activity of the national leader.
