The event dedicated to the World Immunization Day took place

On March 1, 2017 the Research Institute of Pediatrics named after K. Faradzhova held an event dedicated to "March 1 - World Immunization Day", organized jointly with the Public Health and Reforms Center (PHRC) of the Ministry of Health. The main goal of the round table was to educate the media and, thus the public, about the mandatory medical examination available for children. Pediatricians who participated in the event, provided detailed information on the successful implementation of mandatory medical examination of children in Azerbaijan.

Chief Pediatrician of the Ministry of Health, Director of the Research Institute of Pediatrics named after K. Faradzhova prof. Nasib Guliyev in his speech told the participants in detail about the main goals and tasks of compulsory medical examination of children, the nature and purpose of the State Program.

In the end, issues of interest to media representatives were discussed, as well as educational materials on the mandatory medical examination of children developed in the Public Health Center were distributed.
