PHRC continues its activity in the area of mother and child health protection

From February 20, 2016 a series of trainings on neonatal resuscitation started at the Central Health Clinic For Oil Workers in Baku and the Central Health Clinic in Astara region. The training course is to be attended by physicians, obstetricians, and nurses. Along with the experts from Turkey, Dr. Nahide Mahmudova, a specialist from the Public Health and Reforms Center of the Ministry of Health (PHRC) will also deliver trainings which are expected to last till February 28.

The training program is held in accordance with the Ministry of Health Activity Plan  of the “State Program on improving mother and child health for 2014-2020” and as part of the “Welcome, baby!” project of support for maternal and child health.
