Roundtable on “Improving knowledge and skills of nurses and obstetricians in Azerbaijan” held

On December 4th, 2015 a roundtable on “Improving knowledge and skills of nurses and obstetricians in Azerbaijan” was held at the Azerbaijan State Advanced Training Institute for Doctors named after A. Aliyev. The representatives from the Ministry of Health, the Public Health and Reforms Center (PHRC), World Health Organization (WHO), leading health centers and medical colleges attended the event.

Sabina Babazadeh, the head of Project Coordination Department, PHRC, presented on the topic “Situation analysis of health human resources in nursing and obstetrics in Azerbaijan”.

Also, a presentation was delivered on “Application for “ERASMUS plus 2016” program”, requirements for nursing in Europe.
