In order to ensure the implementation of the "State Program on compulsory medical examination of children", approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 150 dated December 10, 2013, the implementation of paragraph 5.3.9 (Preparation of regulatory documents and relevant methodological recommendations for medical institutions in order to implement the necessary measures in priority areas) the Action Plan approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 60 dated 01.07.2014 was entrusted to the Center for Public Health and Reforms.

For this purpose, methodological recommendations on the “Management of urinary tract infections in children” based on the recommendations of the World Health Organization and other international organizations were developed and submitted to the Scientific and Medical Council of the Ministry of Health on November 3, 2019.
