Trainings on “Health and nutrition for under-5 children” held at PHRC

On December 23-25 2015, pilot trainings on “Health and nutrition for under-5 children” held at the Public Health and Reforms Center of the Ministry of Health (PHRC). The training courses were held within the framework of the project “Guideline development on nutrition for children under 5 years old and organization of trainings for healthcare practitioners” with the technical support of the World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Office for Europe. The training was attended by 12 PHC pediatricians and 12 nurses.

It is expected that based on this pilot the trainings will be implemented on a large scale in future.
