"Take control of your health!" campaign held

On October 17, 2023, Public Health and Reforms Center (PHRC) of the Ministry of Health together with the Nasimi District Executive Authority have coorganized campaign on "Take control of your health!" for population of the capital. The purpose of the action organized within the frame of the Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October 1-31) was to attract public's attention to the fight against cancer.

It was given detailed information on the types, symptoms and main risk factors of cancer and importance of periodic health examinations at the campaign attended by the residents and volunteers. Thus, an enlightening conversation was held with the participants and they acquainted with materials prepared and published by PHRC.
